Empathy 


 

Empathy is set at the level of individual persona within a range of -3 to 3 where -3 is aggressive/confrontational and +3 is conciliatory. 

Personas empathy helps to shape the overall tone of voice for personas, this will help in getting more bespoke content from AI results. 

Locating Empathy
To locate a personas empathy navigate to Personas > Other attributes > Empathy score can be found in the top right.

Faction Description


What are Faction Descriptions? 
Shape the overall tone of voice for personas in a faction by describing how these personas would communicate in Faction Description. 

When organising your personas into factions, ensure to include a faction description (describing the tone of voice/way of speaking from the faction) and an empathy score. Both help in getting more bespoke and less generic content from AI results. 

Faction descriptions impact all AI within Conducttr this includes AI within injects, the AI assistant within the MEL, Pattern of Life etc.

Locating Faction Descriptions
To give a faction a description navigate to Personas > Manage factions > click on the space under the word 'Description'



How to write a Faction Description 
Faction description refers to the identity, perspective and characteristics of a specific faction. 
Ensure to give each faction a personality & background.

For example: 
  • Employees faction: "30-40 year old professionals from an oil & gas company" this highlights their age range, industry, suggesting a group with specific professional experiences and interests. 
  • External Faction: "Gaming streamers biased by Polish players" pointing towards a younger, entertainment-focused audience with a specific cultural inclination. 
  • Bank Customers Faction: "Widespread group of individuals who share common interests, concerns, and experiences related to their interactions with RDB bank" this captures a diverse but connected community through their banking activities. 
These examples illustrate how the voice of each faction gives us insight into their identity, making it easier to tailor communication and services to meet their unique needs and preferences.
