Course Details
There may be times where participants are not engaging with the exercise, or some participants may become too dominant; we take you through the steps to successfully manage this. We will also cover how to leverage personas to encourage the development of participant responses. Lastly, you'll learn how to assess against your training objectives by capturing observations on participants activity.
At the
outset, we
propose a
20-minute
consultation to
delve into
your training
goals and
objectives. Our
training
program is highly
adaptable and
designed to
cater to the
specific
needs of you and
your
team. It is
expected that
you have an
exercise that
you want to
roleplay for a
training audience,
but if
it’s not ready
yet, don’t
worry! We can
always use
one of our
Conducttr
exercises. If
you’re
bringing along
your own
exercise, we’ll
tailor the
training to fulfil
your
specific
roleplaying
needs
