Differences between personas, role-players and stakeholders
- Stakeholders. Stakeholders are those entities affected by the crisis unfolding in your scenario. We can consider stakeholders politicians, media channels, another companies, people from your company, etc. Stakeholders can be represented in your scenario by personas and stakeholders.
- Personas are fictional characters who interact with your players. The content sent by a persona is scripted in the Editor Tool. They can have a picture, a Twitter profile and an email if you are planning to create role-players for those personas.
- Role-players. Role players are actors who interact with your players in real time. They need to be able to log in in the exercise to send messages during the exercise. They can be combined with personas.
