The log file will open in a new browser window and offer the option to download as a CSV file for opening in Excel or any spreadsheet program.
Note that regardless of the time zone of your Characters, dates and times are stored in the log file as GMT. This means that the data you're looking for may be in the calendar day before or after the date you're seeking to investigate.
The table below shows an example data log output. The following is important to know:
- Every new trigger event creates a new, unique process ID that ties together all subsequent connected actions
- The result of the trigger event is shown in the third column. Typically you’ll look for Activated to mean this action took place or Ignored to mean certain conditions were not true and hence the action did not take place.
