If you are receiving the following error message when you try to install TeamXp, please, follow the steps described.



Steps:
  1. Uninstall current TeamXp (the data won't be lost)
  2. Reboot
  3. Try install TeamXp  again
If this doesn't fix the problem try this:
  1. Uninstall Adobe AIR
  2. Reboot
  3. Install the latest version from their site https://get.adobe.com/air/
  4. Try to install TeamXp again
