Social
Map is
a dedicated channel that displays a
global map where social media posts
are pinned. This
channel allows you to understand
social media activity regarding its
location.
If it is enabled in your exercise, you will find it as an independent channel in the left panel of your Virtual Desktop.

out Players can see the
pins and zoom in to any
particular location. Pins that are close
together are grouped and
identified by color depending
on the
volume. |

search Players can filter by channel (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram), select a particular timeframe or search by content. |
 | Open post When pins are clicked, a bubble displays sender, channel, content and a link to the original post. |
